About the Azer Survivors Guide
Azer Survivors Guide is a static, independent fan guide. It helps players find the game and understand published mechanics while keeping the creator-hosted game, the community rebuild, and Blizzard-owned material clearly separate.
What this site is
A focused guide, not an official game portal.
The site organizes practical answers around where to play, how the survivor loop works, what the available references confirm, and how to troubleshoot the current entry points.
- We link to the creator instead of hosting the game or its downloads.
- We identify the GitHub rebuild as a separate community project.
- We label verification dates and leave unsupported rankings provisional.
- We do not use Blizzard logos or present World of Warcraft assets as our own.
How facts are handled
Every strong claim needs a source or a run note.
We prefer direct creator pages and published project documentation. When we add a gameplay observation, we should include the date, source or build, class, zone, and the result that supports it.
- Direct source links are shown close to the relevant guide topic.
- Version-sensitive claims carry a last-verified date.
- Unconfirmed player reports are not written as settled mechanics.
- Copyright or correction requests should include the affected URL and the source of the request.
Source hierarchy
Not every reference answers the same question
We use the closest source available for each claim and say when a detail is an observation rather than a published fact.
1
Creator page
Best for the current browser entry, creator download route and visible availability messages.
2
Published project docs
Useful for the separate repository's controls, setup flow and documented local mechanics.
3
Run notes
Useful for a dated observation when the source, route and result are recorded clearly.
4
Player reports
Good leads for investigation, but they remain unconfirmed until a source or repeatable test supports them.
Correction checklist
Give us a claim we can actually check
The fastest corrections are specific. They identify the page, the sentence and the evidence that should replace or qualify it.
- Include the guide URL and quote the sentence that looks wrong.
- Link the creator page, repository document or run record that supports the correction.
- Include the date, source version or zone when the detail can change.
- Explain whether the issue is a factual error, outdated link, translation problem or missing context.
- Do not upload game files or private account information as proof.
FAQ
Quick answers
Is this an official Azeroth Survivors website?
No. It is an independent fan-made guide. The creator's site is the source for the hosted game and its current availability.
Does this site use Blizzard game files?
This guide does not host game files or Blizzard assets. The community repository says its own local build does not ship Blizzard content and expects user-supplied data.
Can I submit a translation correction?
Yes. Include the locale, page URL, current wording and a suggested correction with enough context to check the meaning against the source language.
Does linking a source mean this guide endorses it?
No. Links identify where a claim or entry point comes from. The guide keeps its independent editorial boundary and labels creator and community sources separately.
